      Only if you plan on suing them. One’s employment contract should have a clause where your lawsuit is paid by them.

      An employment contract is the best job of all. At their best, it defines the legal reason you can call your supervisor an A-hole, and request that she/he be fired.

      Probably some type of employment discrimination…but you should not sue them…if you are friends… maybe something like … it is time for you to do something else…because yo uare bored…
