Redundancy when sent abroad?
Can anyone advise – I have worked for a UK company for 14 years mostly in UK. I have been sent abroad but it looks as though the project I am on may be terminated. I am worried the company may lay me off. Can anyone advise if I will be entitled to redundancy in accordance with UK law even if I am currently overseas.
