Is there a place to get employment law advice online?
We are a small business and cannot afford to spend lots of money like the big boys, but we need good quality employment law advice and if possible a helpline. Anyone know of any? – if so – let me know….

I don’t have a whole lot of expensive resources at my fingertips either, aside from my own knowledge acquired over 10 years in the field. Whenever we open offices in a state that I’m not familiar with, I usually go online and look up labor laws for that state. If I can keep on top of the labor laws for that particular state and ensure that we are in compliance (i.e. breaks, overtime requirements, terminations, etc.) , I’m less likely to need legal advice in the first place!
Good luck!

I will recommend you to check out some advisor panel or just visit the source for more help!

One good place is a site I have used in the past called Employment Law Extra at http://www.employmentlawextra.co.uk/
Very useful advice – fixed price fees and a helpline for if and when their advice doesn’t manage to answser all of your questions.
