Is the civil rights act 1964 a valid,used source in english employment law?
just trying to find out if the U.S civil rights act of 1964 can be applied to english employment law as im trying to find the correct statute for a harassment claim?!

No, only the law pertaining to the UK is viable. Why would you think USA law would be able to be used???

Obviously, U.S. law has no effect in the UK.
