I have an employment contract however my office is moving 90 miles away. Can they still enforce the contract?
The company is basically selling off its main assets and changing into an entirely different company that doesn’t really require my position.
They are requiring me to commute to work. I do have a company vehicle but I also go to school full time, have two kids and my wife goes to school full time as well.
Basically its really going to impede my personal life as I will have to drop out of school in order to continue my job there.
