    They are weak.

    Employment laws are designed to help businesses. Minimum wage for Adults should be high enough for someone to survive. Title VII should be amended to include homosexuals. ADA should try to define "reasonable accommodation"

    It is not one law so I am not sure how to answer most your questions.
