How do I sue a student organization for breach of an employment contract,?
I was a part time employee of a student organization at a major state university. They fired me without paying me the money owed. The students have since put out a press release announcing that I resigned. My contract said that they must pay me my entire salary to fire me unless I commit a crime. I am going to take it to small claims court but am not sure if I sue the organization or the president of the organization. Who do I have the summons sent to? The faculty advisor, the student president, or the university’s student affairs office?

You should have the summons sent to all of the groups and individuals listed. The court will decide who has the responsibility.
