how did you know that employment contract of a company, is true and valid? should i pay for visa processing?
I had now the employment contract offer, how shuold i know that a company is existing and true to their offer? because the company will not shoulder the visa processing. it is right that i’ll pay the processing?
Hope you will give me some ideas for this situation.

If they want you to pay they are scamming you. If they are sponsoring your visa they have to pay for the visa. Did you even have an interview for the job? No interview means no job, no companies hire foreign employees based on email

What visa are they telling you to get … In most US work visa ..the Employer is the only people who can apply

the company must get permission from the government to hire a foreigner. If the government approves then the company pays for the work permit.
if you are told to pay for the work permit then the job offer is most likely fake and they are probably running a scam of some kind.
