Does misrepresentation void employment contracts? Illegal activity took place at work…they didn't tell me.?
I signed confidentiality, non-compete, etc contracts at a dominatrix house when they said it wasn’t prostitution/etc. It turns out it legally is, a lot of unsafe activities took place there as well, and the house I signed it at turned out to be very unsafe and I got assaulted there. I left and they are threatening me legally with all the contracts I signed because I want to take a couple of clients somewhere else. I don’t participate in these illegal activities but they are threatening that if I see these clients I violate the contracts. I feel they were under misrepresentation and obvioulsy they don’t want me talking about "other things" that went on. I want to get out of these asap. Help?

I think the best advice would be to go get a consultation in person with an attorney about this.

I can’t believe you are serious – you signed a contract to take part in illegal activity – come on!
Report the brothel to the police.
Unless, of course, you are in some stae where prostitution is legal.

Assuming you’re not kidding here, any contract for illegal activity is not enforceable. Don’t worry about quitting.
