Does anyone know of a company who place employees on long contracts(such as temp employment for up to a year)?

Its usually cheaper for a company to use someone like Kelly or Manpower for an employee so the company dosent have to pay any of the insurance and when the person isn’t needed, out the door they go and the company dosent have to pay any unemployment. Ethical? Hell no! But from a dollar and cents perspective it is good business.
