Can State Farm legally refuse giving an agent (employee) a copy of the employment contract they signed?
I need a copy of State Farm’s LSA …."Licensed Staff Agreement" document.

No company is required to give you a copy of your absentee records, your contract or your anything else in your employee files. You missed the boat when you didn’t request a copy at the time you signed it.

They might not be standardized.
You should have made a copy at the time you signed it. They aren’t required to give YOU copies of their contract files – even if you are party to the contract. If you ARE party to the contract, you’re responsible for keeping your own paperwork.
