I am in looking for a specialized lawyer focused on Employment Contracts… This is with regards to the Non-Competition Clause that restricts me from starting my own business for 2 yrs. Want to know if the NonCompete in enforcable by Law….

    enter the criteria for your local area in Canada. Look for a lawyer that is AV rated (these are the best).
